The JBC JNA is the smallest hot air soldering station on the market and is ideally suited for soldering SMD components on surfaces with minimal separation. The JNA is also suitable for soldering minuscule SMD components (01005) under a microscope. Thanks to the 'Pick & Place' system, components can be moved with extreme precision.
JBC's hot air station is a high-quality station that offers extreme precision because the airflow and temperature can be set accurately, even at very low levels. This prevents the accidental moving of components.
JBC offers several nozzles for the station, including nozzles with a diameter of 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm. The tool stand recognizes when this rework tool is placed in the holder and immediately activates the automatic standby mode. This standby mode guarantees a better safety of the workplace and a longer lifetime of the nozzles and hot air tool.
The station is a complete solution for all rework SMD applications, the JNA is a.o. supplied with different needles, a Pick & Place system and a pedal. Because of this, the JBC JNA guarantees full control during soldering.
