This HDMI camera can be connected to a microscope to store and live view images. The camera is equipped with a 1/2" Sony sensor which is very light-sensitive. In addition, this HDMI camera enables both HDMI and USB video output at 1080P and a frame rate of 60 FPS. Captured photos can be stored on a USB flash drive or a computer. Moreover, the camera has 2 USB ports to connect to, for example, a mouse, USB stick or external card reader. Keep in mind that this camera needs to be combined with an adapter to connect it to a microscope.
As an adapter, we recommend the C-mount 0.5x. Examples of microscopes with which this camera can be combined include the SM-3TP and the SM-4TP. With the included 5mm distance ring, the image from this camera can be focused simultaneously with the image through the eyepieces.
To mount a camera on the microscope, it must be connected to the correct adapter.
