The GW Instek GSP-9330 is a light, compact 3.25 GHz spectrum analyser. The bandwidth range of 9 kHz to 3.25 GHz makes the GSP-9330 suitable for use in various applications such as EMC testing and measuring on Wi-Fi or GSM networks. Furthermore, this analyser has a built-in preamplifier, allowing noise level as low as -149 dBm/Hz. With a very fast sweep that is performed in only 204 µs can be very capable of measuring changing signals such as Bluetooth frequency hopping or interference.
With the increasing use of FSK modulation, it is useful to have an analyser that can demodulate it. The GSP-9330 offers support for this. ASK, FSK and 2FSK signals can be decoded. In addition to demodulation, the analyser can also perform Pass/Fail assessment to determine if the modulation meets specifications. This analyser can also handle analogous modulations such as AM/FM. With the supplied software, the measured data can easily be logged on a computer. In addition, both via a computer, via an Android device, via an app, the spectrum analyser can be remotely controlled. The 9330 offers support for storage on a USB stick or a micro-SD card, with the built-in reader on the front.
