The GW Instek GSP-9330 is a lightweight, compact spectrum analyser with a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.25 GHz, making it ideal for various applications, including EMC testing and measurements in Wi-Fi or GSM networks. This analyser features a built-in preamplifier, enhancing its sensitivity with a noise level as low as -149 dBm/Hz. Its rapid sweep capability, completing in just 204 µs, efficiently measures dynamic signals like Bluetooth frequency hopping or interference.
The GSP-9330 supports the demodulation of ASK, FSK, and 2FSK signals and includes Pass/Fail assessments to verify if the modulation adheres to specifications. The analyser is also equipped to handle analog modulations such as AM/FM, offering Pass/Fail evaluation for these as well. Additionally, the GSP-9330 features a built-in 'EMC pretest solution', simplifying EMC pre-compliance testing. This solution includes EMI filters, Quasi-Peak/Average detection modes, and a 20 dB low-noise amplifier.
With the supplied software, the measured data can easily be logged on a computer. In addition, the spectrum analyser can be remotely controlled via a computer or an Android device through a dedicated app. The GSP-9330 supports data storage on USB drives or micro-SD cards, facilitated by the built-in reader on the front panel.

This GSP-9330+ tracking model is equipped with a tracking generator, which is particularly useful for direct testing of components like filters. The generator emits a signal at a specific frequency, which is simultaneously measured by the spectrum analyser. This feature allows for a straightforward analysis of circuit responses across various frequencies.
