Details
The GW Instek GSM-20H10 is a high precision DC source meter which is able to combine a power supply, electronic load and multimeter. It is perfect to use for evaluating component characteristics and testing of for example semiconductor architecture, organic materials, nanomaterials, etc. Additionally, the sampling rate is 50k points per second which is ideal to analyze the characteristics of the DUT (device under test). It operates with four quadrants of which the first and the third are used as power supplies for the electronic load which is in the second and fourth quadrant. The display of the GSM-20H10 is 4.3" TFT LCD screen and supports the Source Delay Measure (SDM) function which delays sampling in the case of changes of a signal to prevent the capture of an unstable signal. The source meter also supports four sequence output modes and up to 2500 points (Linear stair, Log stair, SRC-MEM and Custom). Programming function is also included and there are multiple interface options (USB (host/device), LAN, RS232 and digital IO).
