The Fnirsi SWM-10 portable spotwelder can weld stainless steel, aluminium, iron and nickel and is meant to build and repair batterypacks. When welding stainless steel, aluminium, iron or nickel strips the maximum welding thickness is 0.25mm; the maximum welding current is 1200A.
The SWM-10 has built-in temperature regulation, and protection against overtemperature, low battery voltage and short circuiting. Moreover, it is possible to adjust the settings to include preheating for pulse welding and interval welding; this makes the welded connection stronger and more durable. Finally, the SWM-10 is equipped with an 1.8" TFT LCD and features a 5000mAh rechargeable battery.
