The Fluke 2052 advanced wire tracer kit can accurately and safely trace energised- and de-energised wires in walls, ceilings, and floors It can trace wires up to CAT IV 600V, provides protection against spikes of up to 8000V, and is designed to help find breaks, opens, and shorts in the wiring. Due to the implemented safety features, the Fluke wire tracer is also usable on critical high-voltage equipment that cannot be switched off. Furthermore, the Fluke receiver has 4 tracing modes for different tracing needs and 3 different transmitter power modes. The 2000T transmitter automatically senses whether a wire is energised or de-energised and selects either a 6kHz or 33kHz output frequency. Signal indications are displayed via a numeric & bar-graph display and an audible beep.
