Order a custom-made ESD mat tailored for your workshop or hobby room! This ESD mat is of high quality and provides double-layer ESD protection (dissipation / conduction) to prevent static discharges. The top layer of the mat has a surface resistance ranging from 106 to 109 Ω.
The mats are heat and solder resistant, permanently elastic, wear-resistant and comfortable. Additionally, the mat has an anti-reflective surface and is resistant to chemicals and oil. The mat is available with rounded corners as an option, and at two width-corners (short side) the mat has a 10 mm round contact point to connect the mat to a general grounding. A push button can optionally be added to the mat for an additional grounding connection.
This mat is black, we also offer a blue and grey ESD mat.
A custom mat is a unique product on our webshop. Although the system may show the item as currently in stock, the mat still needs to be produced specifically for your order. The standard lead time for this process is approximately 7 workdays.
Your order will be dispatched once all products, including the custom mat, are available in our warehouse.
Consequently, the status on your order page might be marked as ‘completed’ prematurely, or you may receive an automated notification from our carrier before the items have left our facility. Your order is only officially on its way once you receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number directly from Eleshop.

Dimensions
We can deliver the mats in any length up to 10 m.
We require a minimum length of 40 cm.
The mat width is limited to a maximum of 120 cm.
The mat has a 2mm thickness
Push Buttons
To ensure ESD safety, we recommend installing push buttons. For more information on why this is strongly advised, see this knowledge base article: ESD-safe: an introduction . You can choose the position of the button, possibilities are top left, bottom left, top right, and bottom right. These positions are defined relative to the mat's longest side (so the mat is positioned widthwise in front of you).
Corner Radius
Optionally, you can choose a rounded radius of 20 mm on all four corners.
Ordering
The ordering process is really simple. Select the length in cm you want, choose the number of push buttons and on which side you want them, and add the mat to your shopping cart.
During production, a tolerance of up to 4 mm is applied to the specified dimensions. Additionally, there may be a deviation of up to 2 degrees on the corners.
This product is custom-made for you and therefore cannot be returned under standard consumer return rights.
