The Eleshop ELE-PSU6030 is a single-channel, switching DC power supply designed for use in labs, workshops, and educational environments. As a switching-mode power supply, it is compact and lightweight, which is ideal for bench-top use. This design offers total power output but comes with a higher ripple than traditional linear power supplies, making it best suited for general electronics applications.
This power supply has output terminals both at the front (lower current values) and at the back (for higher current values). The ELE-PSU6030 outputs up to 60V and 30A, with a total power of 2400W. The voltage and current can be adjusted smoothly using digital rotary encoders with stepless control, with fine resolution down to 10mV and 10mA. Readouts for voltage, current, and power are clearly shown on a 4-digit LCD.
The PSU supports constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes with automatic switching between them depending on the load. It also includes over-voltage and over-current protection (OVP/OCP), and 4 memory presets. The unit also features a panel lock to prevent accidental changes. This power supply is a great choice for users who prioritise high power and operational convenience at a competitive price, with a trade-off in measurement accuracy in favour of power and flexibility.
