Information on possible delays, holidays and the corona crisis

We will still ship 100% of products that are in stock on that same day

If everything in your order is in stock and ordered before 16:00h Dutch time, then we can ship out your order immediately.

When a product has a delivery time indicated, other than "in stock", we depend on third-party suppliers to meet the indicated delivery time. We can still meet about 95% of al expected delivery times. However, sometimes unexpected delays occur due to congestion in the transport sector.

DPD and other transport companies are sometimes experiencing small delays

DPD is extremely busy. Most parcels arrive in expected time frames, but sometimes a few days extra delay can happen.

As soon as you have received a tracking number, you can assume that the package has been transferred that day to DPD (or another transport company).

Holidays

We will still process orders on Friday December 31st. However, the parcels are not handed over to the transporting company that day. That will happen on Monday January the 3rd. (Most) transporting companies will not deliver packages on January the 1st.

On december the 31th we close at 15:00.
