The Chipquik TS391SNL is a lead-free No-clean solder paste that is unique because this paste does not need to be kept in the refrigerator, but still remains good for a year. The solder paste is supplied in a syringe for easy application of the paste. 2 sizes are available; 5cc/15g and 10cc/35g.
The TS391SNL is a type 4 solder paste (20-38 microns), contains 87% metal and has a melting point of 220°C. We recommend to store the product at room temperature for the longest lifetime.
These syringes are universal, and can therefore also be used with the SP-1000 paste dispenser.
