The Brymen BM175D is a compact current clamp with all the basic functionalities. The BM175D is packed with unique features such as In-Rush Peak RMS, which can perform short peak RMS measurements up to a duration of 80ms. It can also measure the fundamental voltage and frequency of almost all Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). The clamp can use the AmpTip™ clamps to measure AC current up to 600A and can also measure AC & DC voltage, DC low-current, resistance, frequency, capacity and temperature via the cables. The BM175D can also be used to perform diode tests and has Non-contact EF detection.
The great thing about the BM175D is that with this clamp it is possible to simultaneously measure AC current with the clamps and use a different measuring function thanks to the dual-core A+V technology. The Bm175D is also equipped with a backlighted LCD display and it is capable of measuring Hz line level frequencies.
