Details

The SDS1000X series by Siglent are Digital-Phosphor-scopes with a bandwidth of 100 or 200 MHz. These scopes offer good quality regarding the precision and limited background noise due to the Phosphor technology. The 1000X series has a minimal vertical range of 50 µV/div and can therefore be used to display and measure the smallest of signals. The scopes offer useful functions like colour temperature display, which makes it easy to see which values are occurring most frequently in a signal. They offer hardware functionality for Pass/Fail tests, which can evaluate accordance to specification up to 60.000 times per second.

The 1000X series offer connectivity in the form of USB device and host, and LAN connectivity. Apart from that there are two coax connectors for both pass/fail output and output trigger.

The scopes offer 7 different trigger methods and 36 different automatic measurements like for example Math-functions.

With the 8" Display, the 60.000wfm/s capture rate, 1GS/s sample rate, 14Mpts memory, ease of usage and a lot of other functionality, these scopes offer a lot of value for money.
