JBC DDSE-2QD (de-)solder station

The JBC DDSE-2QD is an all-in-one station for solder and rework purposes. This set contains a vacuum pump, a solder station and the corresponding handles and holders for these purposes.

Soldering

The DDE control station provides connections for two soldering tools that can be used at the same time. Almost all JBC solder and desolder irons can be attached to this station. It is easy to install and manage temperatures with the relatively big color screen. Furthermore, this station offers detailed real time graphs in which temperatures and power are shown. Additionally, the DDE has an extensive menu in which the diverse user settings are easily adjustable. It is even possible to connect these settings to specific tools.

Desoldering

The MSE is the vacuum pump to desolder. This pump gives a suction of 9 SLPM. This will be connected to the DDE station to a DR560-A desoldering iron. The soldering iron is mainly suitable for desoldering through hole components. De tip of the desoldering iron may only be changed when hot. A tool to perform this is included.

Holders

This soldering station has holders and stands for all these purposes. The stands contain several dexterities. They automatically turn off the iron when it is placed on the stand, this will make sure the tip can be used longer. Furthermore, it contains holders in which hot tips can be changed. Due to this it is no longer needed to wait till the tip is cooled off, before it can be changed.

Extra (de)soldering tips

No soldering points for the soldering iron are supplied with the station, however, one of the advantages of JBC is that they offer many soldering points for every conceivable application (see blue button below). The tips of these bolts are active, which results in a better heat transfer.

No additional nozzles are supplied for desoldering, but various nozzles are available, starting at a diameter of 0.6 mm (see second blue button below).
