The Chipquik SMD291AX is a no-clean solder paste on a 63% tin (Sn) and a 37% lead (Pb) base. This solder paste will remain good for a year when refrigerated, and half a year when unrefrigerated. The SMD291AX contains 88% metal and has a melting point of 183°C. We recommend to store the product in a refrigerator for the longest lifetime. Always allow the soldering paste to reach room temperature before use.
