The Qianli thermal camera is an IR camera that is specifically designed for detecting thermal hot-spots on small PCB's. This camera reduces diagnostic and repair time for damaged or malfunctioning components and short-circuits. The device features an IR sensor and a visible light sensor to create a hybrid picture which can pinpoint the location of a fault very precisely.
The camera comes with special PC software to connect and configure the different settings. The connection with the camera is done through an ethernet connection with an integrated RJ45 plug. This software set has different built-in functions to simplify various processes. For example:
